Applies to: Ownership and licensing of code, content, brand and materials delivered or displayed in the portfolio.
This policy clarifies the ownership and licenses that apply to delivered work, materials provided by the Client, pre-existing libraries and tools, and use of the project in the portfolio.
1.MIRMC site and materials
The MIRMC Solution Web website, its design, texts, brand and general materials remain property of MIRMC or their licensors. Nothing in this policy transfers those rights.
2.Client materials
The Client warrants that materials provided to us (texts, logos, images, video, data) are owned by the Client or duly licensed, and do not infringe third-party rights.
MIRMC does not claim ownership of the Client's brand, logo, texts or photos.
3.Third-party content and licenses
Fonts, images, videos, music, plugins, APIs and templates from third parties are used under their own licenses. Their terms remain in force after delivery. The Client is expected to comply with those licenses when using or extending the delivered project.
4.Pre-existing code and reusable components
General tools, libraries, reusable components, processes, know-how and internal templates remain the property of MIRMC or their licensors. What the Client receives is either ownership of the custom deliverables or a license, as defined in the accepted proposal.
5.Custom code and delivery
Unless the proposal states otherwise, ownership or a broad usage license over the custom code developed specifically for the Client is transferred upon full payment.
6.Open source
The delivered work may include open-source software (MIT, Apache, BSD, GPL-family or similar). Such components are governed by their respective licenses, which must be respected during use, modification and distribution.
7.Payment condition
Final transfer of rights and licenses granted may be conditional upon full payment, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
8.Portfolio use
MIRMC may request the Client's permission to display the project in its portfolio, showing:
- Name and logo.
- Screenshots or short video clips.
- Live link (when the site is public).
- General description of the work performed.
The Client may request confidentiality, limited information, prior approval or reasonable removal. We do not publish credentials, internal dashboards, unauthorised metrics or confidential information.
9.Third-party rights complaints
If you believe content on our site or in a project infringes your rights, contact us with details of the material, the alleged right, evidence of ownership and your contact information. We will investigate and act reasonably.
10.AI-assisted content
Some tools may assist with drafting content, imagery or code. Deliverables are reviewed by us before hand-off. Absolute exclusivity of AI-generated material cannot be guaranteed and confidential information is not fed into external tools without authorisation.
11.Contact
See the Contact section below for any IP question, permission request or complaint.
