By using this site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. Corporate users declare they are authorised to act on behalf of the entity they represent.

You may use the site to learn about our services, submit requests, receive estimates, manage your account and, where applicable, make payments and access delivered materials.

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorised access, run attacks or upload malware;
• scrape, harvest or reverse-engineer beyond what the law permits;
• impersonate others or provide false information;
• test stolen cards, commit fraud or manipulate quotes and prices;
• use another person's account without permission;
• upload illegal, infringing or harmful content;
• interfere with availability or abuse automation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Our calculator, package pages and proforma invoice return estimates, not final offers. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal.

Payments for a Custom Solution are not requested until an approved proposal exists.

The site design, code, texts, images, brand and logos are the property of MIRMC or their respective owners. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g. limited quotation for legitimate purposes).

The site can integrate or link to third parties (Google, PayPal, Zelle, hosting, APIs). Their availability and terms are outside our control. We recommend reviewing their policies before using them.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, external outages or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.

We may correct obvious errors in prices, information or offers before they become contractually binding. Where a client has already paid based on a clear mistake, we will contact them to agree next steps.

We may suspend or terminate access if the site is misused, if there is a serious breach of these Terms, or where required by law. We will act proportionately and, where reasonable, notify you.

The site is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Except where law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the mere use of the site. Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to what is permitted by applicable law; project-specific limits are set in the Client Services Agreement.

You agree to indemnify MIRMC against third-party claims that arise directly from your unlawful use of the site or from content you upload that infringes third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Disputes

Please contact us first at info@mirmcsolutionweb.com. We commit to negotiate in good faith. If both parties agree, we may attempt mediation. Otherwise, competent courts may apply.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted with a new version and effective date on this page.
